What if the very things we avoid – conflict, intimacy, difference – are the keys to genuine connection?
Anna Lecat has spent her life exploring this question. Through her global talks and workshops, she helps people see conflict not as something to fix but as a practice of presence, and intimacy as something we can create willingly, not chase endlessly.
Because the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships, and intimacy is the key.

Topics
Connection is not a single skill. It is a way of relating to ourselves and one another in moments of tension, uncertainty, and change. Anna’s work is rooted in two core topics that guide every keynote, workshop, retreat, and private session: Loving Conflict and What If Intimacy Was the Key.
These topics offer practical frameworks for collaboration, communication, and trust. They help people stay present when it matters, surface tensions early, and transform conflict or distance into opportunities for clarity and closeness.
A practical framework for creating collaboration where others see division. Loving Conflict teaches how to stay present in tension, question assumptions, and turn disagreement into clarity and trust so people can collaborate across division with more confidence and care.
