Sitting backstage in Graz, my chest felt tight. I was about to share stories I’ve carried for decades. I took a deep breath and walked on stage.
Watching it now, I feel that same pull – building connection where others see only division. This is what drives me.
The talk opened something bigger than that one day. The conversation keeps going as I review the final pages of Loving Conflict before it comes out in March. As I plan next year’s workshop tour in North America. As I talk with podcasters about how intimacy transforms leadership.
